Flipkart - Haier Robotic cleaner return and refund

I purchased Haier robotic cleaner from flipkart site (Order ID- OD******************) on dated **th Jan ** and product delivered on **th Jan. product found as defective so same day i was intrested to return but due technical glitch in app,unable to return via app than contacted to customercare many times he also unable to return in system.after many follow ups every time flipkart team commitment for refund are failed . * months over but still no resolution/refund received from flipkart. Kindly suggest what i do against flipkart.
