- GTPL Broadband Open
I've GTPL's ** MBPS plan. It's just almost a *.*-month customer relationship, I've called many times due to speed-related issues. Facing issues from day one. I've complaint also many times that received speed is *.** MBPS and *.** MBPS. Always complaint closed automatically, did not received any solution. I don't want this service any more from GTPL. I've drafted emails on the GTPL Support team. Did not getting a proper answer. I want my money back so that I can buy another service from anywhere.

I hope I can get justice as soon as possible.

GTPL broadband has been ignoring my support tickets for the past * months. The tickets are closed but no resolution is provided regarding my internet connectivity issue. Even after multiple visits to their main branch the issue is not solved....
