I made a booking at OYO through their mobile app from **th March to *th April. After I made the booking there is an option of adding GST details and corporate name. So that I can get the GST invoice. After checking out the invoice which I got was just a normal invoice without GST details which I have added. Now when I have raised an issue to them I got an email citing GST invoice will be provided by hotel please contact them. When I contacted hotel they clearly refused to provide any invoice citing that you made a booking through OYO and not directly to the hotel. So all invoice will be provided by OYO and all payments you have made is to OYO and not directly to us. OYO should provide me with the GST invoice if they cannot provide the GST invoice then why there is an option of adding my GST details in OYO app. For what purpose it has been given not only this OYO also has an option of raising an issue about GST details. Why that option is given if OYO cannot provide GST invoice. As per my understanding, OYO is evading from providing me with a GST invoice for reason better known to them only.
Please help me in getting the GST invoice from OYO its already been three days.
