Ajio - Got Used and worn out shoes

I had purchased “Dune London Textured Slip-On shoes with Metal accent” Order Id: #FN**********
At the time of delivery as I was out of station the delivery executive called and asked to share the OTP and he said that he is delivering the package to my mother. After about * hour when my mother checked the package it was some old shoes with normal box, she called me and shared the images (attached below).
This is such a pathetic experience I had only heard about these things happening in online deliveries and experienced this first time.

And I followed with Ajio customer support for close to * month non stop yet they kept saying they resolve it and every-time in the end they just disabled the complain. I lost my temper on so many occasions and had to go through such a harassment from them :(
