Wasim Godharwala filed complaint against Flipkart on May 22, 2022
I had ordered mobile vivo y**s. I had exchanged my realme * pro with exchange value of Rs ****.
Delivery agent came to deliver the product but he didn't deliver product instead sent me in flipkart office saying "you have to go our office for exchange of my product ' .
I visited office and firstly they behaved very rudly and after checked my mobile said there is dent on mobile so you have to pay extra,which is completely untrue, they have took pics of my mobile and flipkart can easily check the same.
They clearly lied and took Rs **** extra
I had no other option but to pay them
when I contacted flipkart they are denying to help.
please help me to get my money back
