Gati Cargo Movers - Goods not delivered

I had booked house hold goods for shifting through Gati cargo movers on **th Jan, **** from Greater Noida to Darbhanga. Goods not yet delivered and whenever I am calling they are not responding and talking very rudely and asking for extra charges.
At the time of booking they have taken all goods and agreed for Rs. **** and taken full payment Rs. **** in cash and Rs. **** through cheque.
After a week asking for extra Rs. **** amount this is very unfair, painful and unacceptable.
I requested several times to deliver goods as per agreed amount at the time of booking but they are denying from the commitment.
Request to please help me to sort out this issue.
Payment receipt is enclosed in this mail for reference.
