Gati Cargo Movers - Gati Cargo Movers Fraud

We booked Gati Cargo movers for * BHK luggage from Delhi to Jabalpur. They gave quotation of ***** (to be transferred on private basis and not on shared basis) and said that GST would be add on at **% into that.
*. They loaded truck from Delhi home into private single truck but later transferred to some transport and they brought the luggage to home in very bad condition with luggage of * further parties. Initially they said ***** as amount on shared basis but we agreed to take private one for safety measures at *****. So in this way they gave wrong information and took access money.
*. They have taken GST @**% but the GST number is fake and already closed in **** So they are taking money from us but GST number is not valid. So refund for same.
*. Further they have added ST. Charges. Initially they said *** but have taken ****. Also they have taken **** as green tax which as not involved in initial quotation.
*. Above all these there had been lot of mental harassment. Earlier they said to give **% of the amount after luggage is unloaded safely, but they asked for full amount and harassed us to keep the luggage till giving full money. They literally asked as local Gunda for the amount and language of discussion was not at all proper.
*. There had been lot of luggage destruction (like crockery, Fridge, table , Almirah).
