I shifted some household items from Gurgaon to Hazaribagh, Jharkhand. However when I opened the **" LED, it is completely broken. I have asked who I made payment to, he has started ignoring my calls and msgs. I told him strictly that this LED is expensive and it could be broken at any cost, he assured me, but when I received, it was no use for me as per the technician. Please help to refund the amount. Thanks.
