I have given my car for repair in insurance claim on **th Sept'** and there was hardly work for *-* days but till today on **th also I have not got my car. No one in gomechanic taking my call or trying to resolve. I am daily spending Rs. **** for Cab to go to office in Gurgaon form Gr. Noida.
Its a significant loss of time and money due to their negligence and unprofession attitude.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
