Goibibo.com - Goibibo refund not received

I had booked a ticket for Delhi to Pune through Goibibo on Feb **, ****. Since Jet Airways cancelled their flight I had to cancel the ticket from Goibibo and rebook it with a huge difference in amount me baring the total loss. Now its been * months I have still not received my refund for the cancellation of the flight. Its been * months and I didn't receive my money back except few automated emails stating that we are investigating on this and we regret the inconvenience caused. I have attached the ticket as proof. I had booked similar tickets for my brother in law through Yatra.com even their flight was cancelled but the refund was received within exactly ** days as committed. I don't understand why Goibibo wants to grow big by stealing my money. It is such a disappointment. Cancelling the ticket re-booking is something which I had to bare a huge difference where I didn't have any option since I was travelling with my family.
