I had booked trains tickets and hotel room booking from Goibibo in August ****, into Rangamati garden resort in Shanti Niketan, West Bengal for my family for October month. I paid the money online in Goibibo portal. My money got deducted. My booking id is htlkq*p***. I was forced to cancel my booking but my money was not refunded. This happened because after I booked the room when called in the hotel no. Mr Kaushik the hotel manager told they will not honour Goibibo bookings when contacted Goibibo no response.
One more booking done for train from Goibibo booking id trnaffhr*p*xwn booking failed but my money was taken. Till now no refund. This is mental harassment and serious fraud. Please help me out.
