I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Train Services
The issue that I have experienced was: Hi Team,
My name is Sanil. My registered mobile no with goibibo is **********. I have two train tickets booked for may *th and may **th. Now that govt has cancelled all the train due to covid situation i have received an SMS from IRCTC stating the amount will be refunded on May *nd and it's been * days I have not received the amount yet from goibibo. Ideally when we book directly from IRCTC if they refund we get it in * * days. I had couple of tickets for March which I had booked directly from IRCTC for which i got refund in * days. But this goibibo is not refunding my money.
I have the details from IRCTC that the refund was processed on May *rd the settlement Id's are *************** - PNR **********

. There is noway to contact the goibibo customer. Their online assistance is worst big time. I would request you to escalate this to the highest possible level and get the amount refunded to the original payment mode.
