Hi, i have booked a ticket from goibibo and one from paytm. Due to covid train cancel, IRCTC automatically refund the amount to both companies, paytm had refunded my amount but goibibo is not refunding my money and there is no option they have left to talk.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
