Booked ** days in advance at approx *k per night and gobibo offering hotels of absolutely degraded state and lower cat as alternate.
Hotels have raised prices as date of travel ** Oct coming close due to DEFEXPO ** .
Request full refund and compensation @ ****/ night to make arrangements myself.
Goibibo just delaying case so that I get harassed and accept degraded hotels.
