My flight from Bangkok to New Delhi on **th march **** was suspended by the Nokscoot Airlines and full refund has also been processed by **th march in form of cash to the travel agency. I had booked this tick through Goibibo.com. Goibibo is harassing me since the day flight was suspended and i asked to raise the refund coz airlines was not providing any other flight for the same travel date. I have done thousands of mails to the team and also had conversations with the senior authorities like floor supervisors and senior manager but now i am tiered. I just can not handle them any more
I want to file a complaint against them regarding this fraud. I also have the mail from the airlines in which the pnr number is mentioned and details of the full refund with refund date is also written. I have also forwarded this mail to them but they are continuously denying the fact by saying that may be Airlines have refunded the amount but we have not received it and so we cannot raise the refund for you. So now i can not argue with them any more because there is no point of that actually there is nothing to argue on. Ots crystal clear that they are not willing the reimburse my amount.
Kindly file my complaint and do the needful to get my money back
