I booked flight on *th Dec **** from allahabad to Bangalore ..The flight got cancelled on **th May due to covid ** pandemic and indigo refunded me the amount on *th July and sent the refunded amount to GOIBIBO ...Since then I have tried calling these people but there was no response .....I raised a complaint and they gave me a tracking ID ********....since then I have tried multiple times to check the status of the my complaint but there has been no response from their side...I am really left helpless now....These people are not listening not paying any heed to us...
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
