Gnana Prakash filed complaint against Goibibo on Jul 29, 2020
I have booked air ticket for * members round trip from Chennai to Srinagar and Srinagar to Chennai on April,**** through Goibibo. Due to Covid-** pandemic, all flights have got cancelled and the airlines has refunded the amount to customers who booked directly through airlines. I checked with my airlines and they mentioned that they have released my full refund amount to the Goibibo vendor. The airlines has also mentioned that Goibibo need to provide the refund amount. But they are not giving my refund amount and there is no proper response from them. When i tried calling the customer care they are not responding nor transferring the call to Goibibo customer service executive. The online options are of no use and they don't provide any proper response. This Covid-** situation has made my business very bad and am in a difficult financial situation. So please do the needful.
