I had ordered a Highlander bomber jacket with the option of gift wrap and a message. But when the recipient reveived it, it was in a khaki envelope with no gift wrap or message. They charged me Rs ** for it and now I can't even raise a complaint on their app. This is the second time its happened with Myntra.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
