Dear Sir/Mam,

The online order had been placed on ** August along with payment of Rs **** (**** + *** shipping charges as mentioned in supplier order form)
The order placed from Qatar NRI for his friend Housewarming event on **th August * pm)
Since the, order placed, the supplier online customer Tell Agent assured the prompt delivery, that they utterly failed.
On the same day of event (around ** am) the customer was informed that the delivery destination hardly far away from town * km, hence they requested an extra amount of Rs ***.
The supplier again failed to deliver the item. No response or updates from supplier.
Hence the deal looks like customer been breached, the customer keep on contact the supplier support regarding refund.
Myflowergift come back to me about, they couldn’t. deliver the item because they don’t have such item.
Due to frustrated and felt customer that he has been a shun customer..
