I place an order for Bereavement flowers for a colleague, i confirmed the delivery on the whatsapp number provided they said dont worry they do deliver please continue with the order, which i did but after placing the order they stopped responding they said it is delivered on the phone but when i checked with my colleague he never received anything and when i asked for the proof of delivery they have stopped responding to my emails they have switched off the numbers or have blocked me they dont reply the whatsapp either. Only interested to take the money such a shame they use someones death for the scam.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
