I paid for our order on August **nd, and you confirmed on August **rd that the delivery would be on August **th, ****.
Today (August **th), I made multiple attempts to contact you through WhatsApp, where the order was initially confirmed, and via email to track the order. You did not respond to any of my messages. After I requested a refund, you responded, stating that today is the delivery date and it is not yet over. On what grounds are you refusing the refund?
Despite several follow-ups from my side, you only placed the order for the bouquet preparation this afternoon. The delivery person called and showed the bouquet that was prepared, but it did not match the one we ordered. When we requested that the correct bouquet be delivered, the delivery person mentioned that they had informed you earlier that the specific bouquet could not be prepared. Despite this, you insisted on delivering the incorrect one.
Furthermore, I have feedback regarding your customer service. We contacted your team (MyFlowerGift.com) through your supplier, and Ms. Aditi joined the conversation (WhatsApp number: +************). She did not listen to my concerns and instead began yelling, treating me very rudely and unprofessionally. She did not take the time to understand my problem and eventually left the call, which reflects extremely poor customer service.
Given that you failed to fulfill the order as confirmed, even after multiple follow-ups and confirmations, and considering the unacceptable customer service received, I request a refund of Rs. ****.
