Orient Electric - Geyser was faulted 9 times

I purchased Geyser on * November ****. It was * year product warranty and * years tank warranty.
From * Nov ****, the geyser was faulted * times. Every time they repair it and after some month it again creates problem. Latest complain was logged on ** Oct **** but still it was not repaired. Another thing now they are asking for *** Rs service charge whereas Geyser tank was in under warranty.
I have asked multiple time to replace or refund me if they can't repair geyser permanently.
