I am writing this with the heavy heated that I am not at all satisfied with the response from the Airtel during the current situation of covid **.
i have reach to them over mail, twitter, phone , linkedin for the detailed status of the broadband landline number i.e *********** .
I thought i will be able to pause my internet connection as i am not using it.
I ended up paying around **** rs bill every month as they keep on sending bills.
There is not easier way to pause or terminate connection with airtel.
I have all references through which i reached out to Artel for reference.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
