phixman - Getiing charged extra 5000 for my own screen to get it back No importance to a costumer when the amo

As my screen was cracked nd there was no service center in siliguri I got in to phixman they assured me that they will replace the original screen,I paid an advance of rs ***** then they gave me a time of one week then I went there they fixed I paid them **** as it was the full amount but a day later the touch didn't worked i went there again and asked to replace the cracked screen of my own no problems was there I asked for they refund I don't want to make it again they denied and said it can't b done give us some time we will make it i waited for more *days and again I got in to the store phixman,planet mall they changed the screen again everything was ok then I asked them to return my old screen back then they charged **** more but still the problem of my phone arise mic isn't working no audio recorder is being running but now they say they don't have technician they need some time.
Now I have been tired about them I don't want service from them nd want them to refund me .
