On **.**.**** I have changed my iphoneX battery from Phixman. They told that the battery is original and will have warranty of * months. But After ** days the battery performance started degrading and after *.* months it is showing battery needs to be changed. I went to their sevoke road Siliguri shop again and they said they will replace the battery. After * hours they handed over the phone to me and after checking on the spot I found that the battery is not new. When I asked them one of their executive said this is our policy we offer only one time replacement of battery during warranty period that too with the old battery. When I asked them that if anything happens again within the warranty period, they said they will not be responsible for that. They also heasitated to give the bill and warranty card. After coming home my iPhone which was working absolutely fantastic experiencing repeated shut down and even the battery is not charging or keeping its charge in a normal way.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
