Phixman - Samsung tab display broken

I gave my samsung tab s* for a mic change and the technician asked for a break warranty first if any problem arises due to opening of tab if it is front open and I asked him to make sure if it was front or back open and he checked and told me it was back open as such I thought there would not be any problem and I gave the tab and left. After some time he called me and told me it was front open and he has damaged the screen. He is not ready to accept his fault and said I had to pay for it.
