I had ordered a furniture online on **th Oct and the prmised delivery date was *th Nov. Since then there has been no proper response from Royaloak. They are not providing any response on email. Customer care does not have any proper details. There is no view/clarity on where my order is.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
