I vacated the property where I was living on June **th, ****. It has been almost two months, but they have not refunded my full security deposit. The full amount was Rs. **,*** and They have transferred only Rs.**,*** without giving any clarification for the deduction. I tried to contact the manager handling my property but he hung up on me and is not picking my call. Their customer care support is closed due to COVID and there is no other point of contact. They have also cleared my dashboard from the app and I see nothing related to my stay in that property.
I also want to mention that by mistake nestaway was showing rent for the ** days (Rs.****); when my contract was supposed to be renewed after ** months in July but as I have already mentioned I moved out in June. That problem was apparently addressed by the area manager but I feel they have deducted that amount too. Luckily, I took the screenshot at that time and it is attached to this message.
