I hope this communication finds you well. My name is Anjali M S, and I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of significant concern related to my enrollment with BYJU'S and the subsequent issues I have faced in seeking a fair resolution.
I enrolled in the ESE + GATE *-year live classes through BYJU'S, facilitated by one of their counselors, Ms. Dixita Dey. The enrollment process took place on January **, ****. I have diligently followed the prescribed communication channels, including emails and telephonic conversations, to address my concerns with the BYJU'S customer service team.
Here is a brief timeline of the communication:

- I sent an email expressing concerns about the pricing discrepancy and the information provided by Ms. Dixita Dey.
- BYJU'S responded, acknowledging my refund request, providing a Request ID: ********, and assuring a call from a Senior Manager.
*. **Subsequent Telephonic Conversation:**
- I engaged in a telephonic conversation on **th Jan **** with Mr. Nithin , who claimed to be a Senior Manager. Unfortunately, the resolution offered was unsatisfactory, including an attempt to reduce the package validity without adjusting the amount.
*. **Further Evidence:**
- I possess evidence, including email correspondence and audio recordings, that contradict the information provided by BYJU'S representatives.
*. **Inconsistency in Pricing:**
- A friend of mine, Mr. Aswin, received an offer for the same course at a significantly lower price of Rs **,*** for one year. This raises concerns about inconsistent pricing and potential discrimination.
*. **Lack of Support and Communication:**
- Despite my concerns, there has been a lack of adequate support from both the counselor and the BYJU'S team. The promised updates regarding the commencement of a new batch on January ** have not been provided.
*. **Potential Gender-Based Pricing:**
- I am compelled to question whether the discrepancy in pricing is based on gender, as the offer to my friend differs substantially from mine.
I insist on a fair resolution and seek a full refund with compensation for the inconvenience caused. Given the urgency of the matter and the lack of satisfactory response from BYJU'S, I am reaching out to Voxya Consumer Helpline for assistance.
