Spice Jet Airlines - Full Refund not received post recheduling flight followed by cancellation

Spice jet has recheduled flight on its own without passengers consent .after i checked on site i got to know then i contacted customer care where they said they had no flights on that particular date so i had to cancel as the date they had rescheduled on their own was too late to reach the destination .
After cancellation i have received refund of only * ticket rather than two tickets .its my hard earned money and becoz of their rescheduling why should passenger bear loss ..
Kindly arrange to refund my full amount.
