Very very bad experience and worst feeling... The staff name Miraz on baggage deposit counter created havoc for extra luggage... My hand luggage was,,,*.*g more and deposit luggage was, *kg more... She asked me to put my eatables also for checking weight.. Which none of flights till date has done ... I was then forced to pay the amount for *kg....if I knew before hand.. I wudnt have carried this.. More than money behaviour was very hurting.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
