Order ID - ************, Cake delivered but Chocalates are not delivered.. Initially before order pickedup , I want to cancel as the price is too high and the delivery time was not meeting my expectations and they are not delivering the items which i order exactly but they denied it simply as it's not possible.
First they said there is no cadbury celebrations Chocalate in stock and they will arrange some alternate two silk chocolates in replacement of it but finally they not provided any chocolate to me which is very bad and worst way of service.
I don't have proof as this entire discussion was done in call. Later they missed it and now they are telling order is delivered and it's very late and we can't do anything.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
