Cake for the special occasion for Mother’s Day couldn’t be delivered, I had to wait coz assurance too was given by the customer care by name Meenakshi , their timings too were pretty weird as Shr mentioned from *am till ** pm so I had no choice just to wait till ** pm , worst thing is not even an intimation from their end that the cake cannot be delivered, pathetic service ,should be taught a lesson by levying some fine against them coz they shouldn’t ever do this to others who are awaiting to give their loved ones some small surprises.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
