Winni Cake Online - Winni delivery issue and noncooperation

I had ordered cake online on **th jan around midnight for delivery on **th January. As the location didn’t have other delivery options than standard delivery which is **am to *pm, I had to opt for the same as I didn’t have a choice. On Jan **th, I connected with them through their chat window requesting for an approximate time slot between ** am to *pm when I can receive delivery based on the traffic they have in the orders. First they didn’t reply for multiple times when I initiated the chat then at one instance a person connected and gave me the status which was same as the one flashing in their website. I asked for specific details and they told that we cannot say anything about it and you will have to wait till it comes. I said that I have outside birthday celebrations already scheduled so kindly let me know so that either I can wait if they give me approx time or if it would be late then I can cancel it and order somewhere else. They told that you have to wait and they can’t do anything about it. I told them it’s impractical to wait just for a cake for entire day. How can I celebrate if I have to just juggle with these things entire day. Still no response from chat nor any positive response from the mails that I had sent except auto generated messages. Finally I got delayed for an hour at the venue where I had to go and ordered the cake there as winni was not at all responding. They called after *pm saying we are starting your delivery. We mentioned that we are outside now so go and drop to the location and someone will take on our behalf. They said that if it is not collected after the guy reaches then we will take it back and no refund will be issued but the person was at yesvantpur, Bangalore which was around ** kms from house and he told that he will deliver later and mark it as delivered for now to be within the slot duration. We insisted him to deliver it only then it was delivered after multiple follow ups and calls
