Cars ** refusing to pay ***** amount which they hold on the name of party peshi .
They called me to be available on xyz date , I said I’ll check the availability and let you know , but date not confirmed. But for some reason I was not able to call them or pick any call .
Then they just send a SMS money has been fore-fitted , I called to customer care they shared the dealer number when I called him he said process has been changed to RC transfer now you don’t have to visit and wait for * week I’ll call you back after a week when I called them they never picked my call .
Also the number they send in the SMS NO ONE PICK the call.
When I called to customer care again they said time limit is *** days , I felt some thing suspicious then what’re that customer care executive said I mentioned the same thing over the email , then only they accepted and said money is forefit and replied over the email .
