i have a complaint against the online hotel booking site named goibibo and the hotel vacation in jaipur. when we reached the hotel for checkin the manager refused to give room to us and he showed fake checkin and checkout on online site. we pay the amount in advance. he misbehave with us. please help us. we faced so much inconvenience and problems.
