Fridge cooling started giving issue within ** months of purchase. Have been chasing the Whirlpool Service Center since July'** but every time a new person visits and suggests to replace a new part. Even after replacing the part the problem is not resolved till date. Have to chase the center to send person to visit the place. The first technician who came was not even aware on how to remove the the vegetable tray at the bottom of the fridge. Bad service and casual attitude towards customer complaints.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
