Worst service in kalkaji, South Delhi. My ticket is open from ** Aug ****, no one is solving the frequent disconnection problem. Ticket no. *******. Partner Gekko Internet who install the connection its owner Vikram Nagpal ********** ********** himself come to check and he doesn't know how to use a computer, even technician Akhilesh a totally illiterate guy who just knows connecting wire from pole to your premises is called a "TECHNICIAN". They stop taking calls now. On calling call centre the executive start begging "sorry for the inconvenience" we have forwarded your ticket to excitel technician they will resolve now.
*Update- after waiting ** mins to connect to senior, he disconnects the call. By saying connect to your senior they never connect you with them by saying they will tell me the same which we are telling. Excuse me? For what purpose a senior is a senior?
