- Frequent disconnection of DTH Open
*. Reference is made to consumer forum complain No. ******* against DTH.
*. It is intimated that I had taken the connection of DIS TV on ** May **, having STB No. *********** and customer ID-**********.
*. On ** May **, my set box got disconnected due to low balance, instead of one-month validity since installation. After talking to customer care staff and get a recharge of ₹*** under their instruction, sub-DTH get started on ** May ** after disconnection of three days.
*. Again on ** May ** sub id disconnected due to low balance and again I make a frequent call to the care centre. This time they told me that your STB no is different what airtel office have. After * days again my TV gets started on * Jun **.
*. On ** Jun ** said ID again disconnected due to low balance and STB mismatch. Finally on ** Jun ** again started automatically.
*. On ** Jun ** again said ID disconnected, this time water overflown. Talked to the senior officer of Airtel and they changed my ID to ********** which is not showing after putting my mobile no. However, the previous ID is showing against my said mobile number.
*. It is also intimated that customer care staff since beginning informed me that you have one year plan while very next day some staff informed me that one-month validity. So Airtel office is unable to provide me with the correct data against my DTH. In resultant, I have suffered a lot from calling care centre. Therefore, I could prepare my exam and paper gone unsatisfactory level. However, this was my last chance to clear said paper. I lost my chance to get clear my leftover paper. Due to frequent disconnection of Airtel DTH, spoiled my future career.
*. My questions are that why again and again alloted ID get disconnected? Who will pay my ₹*** what I had recharged to the previous ID? Shall I get disconnected period back after a month? Why such a thing created by Airtel with me? Who will be held responsible to spoil my career? Airtel has spoiled my precious time approx ** days to call Airtel customer care.
