Airtel DTH - Extra Money Charges under fraud

One of my previous ID ********** have * connection and want to split * connections. I got the number of your Airtel Office Jassur (Pin Code ******) and person name is Mr. Kamal, Contact Number is **********. He said that he needs Rs. *** for this activity and I send him by Google Pay on the dated (* December ****). But he do nothing and after so many follow ups, he do not split the connections.

After this incident, I just purchase a new Airtel Connection of Rs **** for I connection (* IDs) and get my issue resolved.
I asked him to refund my money but he do nothing. Due to this I have lost so many days without Airtel connections and watching TV. And after **-** days, install new connection. If he split the connection and give me a new ID, I don't need to buy a new connection.
Such type of person sitting in your Airtel Office are make scams. Need my amount back and a strict action against Mr. kamal of your Airtel Jassure Office.
