Airtel gave me an upgraded Airtel Xstream set top box, but without informing me that it is going to be a new connection. They bundled with Airtel Black and installed the set top box. They didnt automatically disconnect the old set top box, and three weeks i am trying to disconnect the connection, they have raised three requests and closed without any action.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
