Bajaj Allianz General Insurance - Name correction in policy document

I have opted for TW insurance from bajaj allianz for my cousins bike on *nd of Oct ****. The policy was done online through the hdfc bank netbanking portal during the process I have mentioned wrong name in the place of insured name. On the very next day I had send a mail to service dept of bajaj allianz and requested them to help in this matter. They have reverted back by mail saying ll get back to you within ** hours. I have provided all required documents asked by them in the begning. After this, I have called them every alternate day for the updation. Every time the call centre executive reverted me saying I ll be forwarding the matter to higher interned authorities. But today is **th of Oct, it's more than * week, I didn't get the policy documents yet. Kindly help.
