I have renew my policy on **/**/**** through Caringly Yours App (Bajaj Allianz General Insurance mobile app). and i paid premium amount through UPI. payment was successfully deducted from my account but i did not get any confirmation on policy renewal.
Check below UPI payment confirmation message received from Bank.

i contacted Bajaj Allianz General Insurance multiple time on calls or on mail but, every time they are giving me new dead line for solution. my policy will expire today (**/**/****) midnight and they are are not ready to understand it. i am disturbed financially and mentally by this instance
i need support to get it cleared.
