I have saving account with Axis bank in Surendranagar, Gujarat Branch since long with customer id *********.
My debit card was blocked by the bank without any intimation and not issuing me new one. In spite of taking charges of SMS services they didn’t intimate me regarding block my card and also not providing the new one. I have requested so many times in person to the bank but still no any kind of action taken by the bank. Why this kind of deficiency in the services from the bank??? This kind of deficiencies in the services can’t be accepted at all.
After so many times request to the bank in person, today I have called to the bank customer care number. But I have shocked to know about reality of the bank and strategy of the bank to cheat the customer and take money from them.
They offer me debit card with instant bases without any further procedure and delay but the charges of the card will be Rs. *** + GST against previous card charges of Rs. **+GST. Show the difference between these two amounts. I was requested them to continue with simple card as earlier but they deny and said that at present the services has been updated and only card with Rs. ***+GST available with the bank.
This way Axis bank taking money unethically from the customer and carried out fraudulent activities.
You are requested to do the action against this kind of activities to cheat the customers and Kindly stop this kind of fraudulent activities and to save the customers from this kind of unethical charges.
Further instruct the bank to issue me the card with normal charges as earlier and provide me the proper services

Axis bank account balance **** maintained .but axis bank take maintance charges,GST take in account so my money totally loss for ₹**** ( * times of GST charges ,maintance charges * times)
Axis bank employee is not willing to hand over my cheque book. Their intention is to harras customers. My cheque book is already delivered to my branch but they are not providing the same.
Amount has been deducted while transections without any information's, and these deductions are still continuing. kindly resolve this asap. and please refund the deducted amount.
