SHRENIK RANKA filed complaint against Axis Bank on Aug 21, 2022
This incident took place on **-**-****.
There is a call from +****-***-**** which is Axis Bank Customer Service Number. Knowing as Axis Customer Service Center Number they assured me to wave off my Axis Bank Flipkart credit card charges which i receive **-** days back and says to reverse all my existing rewards point in this card. Knowing as Axis Customer Service Center Number i activate my card detail in Axis Bank mobile app. After filling all the details in Net Banking app they say you will receive your reward points and credit card charges wave off detail in your Gmail, which is password protected and for that you have to enter your Google Security Code because of privacy concern. After that i check that phone number again on back side of credit card and there it shows the same. After that conformation only i provided my Google Security Code and within a minute ther shows a transaction of Amount- **,***/- and because the transaction look suspicious so Axis Bank blocked my card for security reasons but than also my Card was deducted by Amount **,***/- first and then by Amount- **,***/- after * minutes. After that i immediately inform all this to Axis Bank nearest branch where they call Customer care from my phone no. and immediately blocked my card and also reported this incident to Cyber Crime and to Mahamandir Police Thana Jodhpur within a hour.
Now its been nearly * months now and both Customer care / Cyber Crime Cell and Police Station Officer all says the same thing that you have to wait atleast *** days in such cases until final solution .On other hand Bank has sent me the Credit Card due statement that generated the bill of Amount **,***/- Rupees.
I request you to please look out to my incident and provide me the help in the best way possible.
