Dear Sir,
My no. is ********** without my knowledge they stop first outgoing (February) and then incoming call even all payments done on time no pending amount ,because I am using this number in my second mobile sim slot thay why not update about incoming call and all services vodafone deactivated,when I got to know I called customer care and share my problem ,but they told me it's all about your other number due payment so first clear and to start your(**********) number visit Store , next day I visited bhopal vodafone Store for the same,but they told me they can't help me out for my problem for this your have to visit your home town Store,due covid lock down any family members visit Store from your behalf and they courier the sim, so I send my brother where he visited vodafone Store and meet Mr. Akhid or Akhil he tray to explothe same but he is self-absorbed for that I talk to him but is not have any sense to talk such a costomers representative,when I told him to complaint about his behaviour he bluntly told me please do that, my problem not solve yet .
My number is still switch off and it's all over in all my documents. please do the needful on priority.
