Bharti AXA Life Insurance - Fraud

I have purchased one policy from Bharti Axa Life Insurance named "Shining Star Plan" on June **th, ****, till now I haven't received the Policy Bond Papers. According to them, they have sent the Bond Papers via Speedpost. I have visited the Post Office near me, as per the conversation with post-office team, they have sent the package back to the origin. After calling them multiple times they are not giving the proper response. I had a word with one of there senior, her name is Taslim. She told me that I will receive the Bond Papers from one of there Raj Nagar Office also she provided me the contact number of that office. After calling on that number I was not able to get a good solution. The thing is now I want to cancel the policy now & want a refund for the same. Kindly do the needful.
