Clovia - Fraud

With reference to order no. ********, complaint no is *******.


This is totally unacceptable and unfortunate since ** days, everyday I am chasing you guys to arrange for return pickup and issue of refund against my order, but till date no action taken and only automated type reply sent to me.

You guys seriously put me into mental trauma, i will raise this issue in the consumer forum with complaint id and order no againg this fraud.

*** times i called the useless and unresponsive customer support team regarding the same, but issue remains unresolved.
Customer care representatives everytime informed me that return pickup has been cancelled from my side but till date i have not received a single call from the return pick up logistics partner.

This is seriously fraud and misleading approach to customers.

Nevertheless I need my refund nothing else.
Whenever you guys want to complete the return pick up, do needful, but there shall be no delay in refunding the amount.

If this issue will not get resolved within today, I will take social media platform and consumer forum help to resolve this issue without any further delay.
