 - Fraud Whirlpool Service team Open

My Fridge has a problem, and i call to Toll Free number, and i said, is it Whirlpool Service Center, they said Yes, and they took my address, mob number and person called me for address, and i had shared and after sometime, the person arrived and he said some parts needs to be replaced and said it has warranty for year and can call us anytime if you face issue. Now after a week, issue is re-produced and i had call to that person, and he is not answering and i call to that toll free number, they said its not our issue, talk to Whrilpool team, then i had to Tweet Whrilpool, they said that, the service center from which the person came, is not authorized to Whirlpool. Now my question, how a common man know whether the service person from authorized vendor or not? i asked him are you Authorized to Whrilpool, he said Yes. Now this Whirlpool is telling different story. I want my money back and file a case on fraud service center using the name of Whirlpool or get the visit done again and check the fridge status.
