Fraud Site …………. I have booked mobile Battery. At the time the Jaxtakart site was showing Battery in stock position. When it is not dispatched even after many days, I called them and enquired regarding the order. They are saying that it will take time to deliver a quality battery, hence the delay. So I requested them to cancel my order and refund me. But they are saying there is no option for cancellation and asking me to wait. Again and again whenever I call them, there will no response or say same thing again if call is answered which is rare if we have already contacted them. This is the worst online shopping site I had ever seen with no option for cancellation which means no refund, no proper customer service that helps and understands customer issues. Please don't ever go for this site. I think this is a bogus/ fraud site for trapping consumers like me , taking orders of products which they do not have.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
